• An incidental pre-authorization deposit of $150 will be charged at time of check-in.  Upon check-out and inspection of the room, the pre-authorization will be credited back to your account.  Any charges not paid for on your incidental account or any damage to the linens and/or room will be charged against the deposit.

• Cancellation policies may vary depending on the rate & dates of your reservation.  Some reservations have a 48-hour cancellation policy.  If you do not cancel by 4pm, 48 hours prior to arrival, a 1 or 2 night room & tax penalty will be assessed depending on your length of stay.

• Special event periods include Thunder Over Louisville, Kentucky Derby Week, Hometown Rising, Bourbon and Beyond, Louder than Life and New Year's Eve. All special event bookings are non-refundable and non-transferrable reservations.  100% advance deposits are required at time of booking. Special event period reservations may be subject to a modification penalty of up to 100% of the reservation price if your non-refundable reservation is moved to another date.

• The hotel reserves the right to designate any date as a special event period prior to your booking.  Please refer to your reservation confirmation to verify your cancellation policy.

• If a guest alters their departure date after arrival, a 1 or 2 night room & tax penalty is charged, depending on length of stay within the 48-hour cancellation window.

• A late check-out fee of 50% of your room rate will be charged if you check out between 12:30pm and 3pm.  Full room rate is charged if you complete your check-out after 3pm.
